Abstract
This paper provides a picture of the importance of restorative justice withinthe Peace Process in Colombia. Thus, this document exposes the basic notions ofrestorative justice, its scope and its impact in the context of the Peace Agreement. In thesame way, this paper analyzes the role of restorative meetings as a mean to build peace.In this sense, this document presents the context, the development and the results ofrestorative meetings conducted in the case of País Vasco.
