Abstract

There is a direct effect on the way rural housing is managed in terms of quality and coverage. As such, this article analyses the administrative and management structures of public and private actors that developed rural housing during 2014-2018. The methodology starts by analyzing the way in which the governmental and private entities understand and define housing and rural habitat. The different initiatives that have supported rural housing in terms of their structure, functioning, and possible impact are then reviewed and analyzed. Finally, the article looks to evaluate housing as a final product of the entire management model to identify the successes, inconsistencies, strengths, and weaknesses that will allow opportunities for improvement to be identified.
