Abstract
This paper is arranged in two parts: First, makes a comprehensive presentation of the Encyclical and its internal propositional and argumentative bridge; secondly, develops its own theological reading of the encyclical from the underlying issues from the seminal theology perspective (Episcopal Collegiality, Religious and Moral Authority, and Natural Law, Conscience and Sin) and from the moral perspective a requirement for a unique natural contraception. Finally, we take up some criteria for reception of the encyclical proposed by Karl Rahner and Bernard Delfgaauw.
