Abstract
The study explores the quality attributes in the assessment process from the students' perspective outlined by the group of professional standards proposed by the Joint Committee on Standards for Educational Evaluation. The analysis of a questionnaire applied to a sample of 311 students from two schools in Spain illustrated relevant quality evaluation aspects such as: legitimacy and assessment procedure warrantees, orientations, clarity of information, and presentation of results as feedback.
