Abstract
The course “Disruptive methodologies applied to the Construction, Architecture and Engineering (AECO) industry” arose in response to the growing need for modernization and efficiency in project management in these sectors. Industry 4.0 has introduced new technologies and methodologies that are transforming the way projects are planned, executed and operated. This course, offered on the EDX platform through Continuing Education, as part of the professional certification in Fundamentals of Construction 4.0, seeks to train professionals in the use of digital tools and agile methodologies to optimize each stage of AECO projects. The adaptation of this course is based on the demand for professionals who can lead the digital transformation in their organizations, improving efficiency and productivity.
