Abstract
Legal App is a Colombian justice web site for a better service justice access to their people, as a Colombian public policy instrument, since 2015. This web site was designed to provide easy, fast, current and specific information for citizen questions about local service justice in Colombia. In May 2016 advertisement about this web site was broadcasted on public TV system, on line access change after that for Legal App. Her we show the on line demand services based on Fourier series, Time series based on this advertisement and the measurement of resilience. In this case on line demand services was taken like signal of the use of public service. Therefore, we show the changes between signal.
