Gestión de proyectos mediante el análisis de la confianza en redes sociales digitales

The new challenges in the direction of projects thanks to globalization, the volatile environment that is currently presented and exposure to digital social networks, makes organizations find themselves in a situation in which they face various forms of uncertainty, so trust is a fundamental issue for decision making as it is an essential pillar to act under indecision or in the presence of risks. This study proposes a model for the analysis of trust in digital social networks, analyzing the mentions and comments on the Hidroituango project and its polarity, as well as the implications of the lack of trust in this project in environmental, social and economic aspects, among others; finding that trust was one of the factors identified by EPM as fundamental to improve the relationship with affected communities.
