Abstract
Medical education has been confronted with the rapidchanges that occurred as a result of the SARS-CoV-2pandemic. The Pediatrics Department of the Faculty ofMedicine of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana havefaced the need of modifications and have encounteredchallenges of new technologies giving academic continuityto undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the area of pediatrics, as well as adjusting practices to ensure medicaltraining. In this article we present the experiences andreflections of changes related to medical training and newtechnologies in Pediatrics learning.
