Estudio correlacional entre los estilos de liderazgo y la evaluación de desempeño en el área administrativa de la sede Bogotá en una institución de educación superior

The purpose of the research was to identify the relationship between leadership styles and the results of the performance evaluation at the Bogota headquarters of a higher education institution with more than 300 years of history in the national spectrum, specifically in the administrative area, formed by 42 employees with nine departments (each assigned to a boss or coordinator).
