Abstract

The purpose of the research was to identify the relationship between leadership styles and the results of the performance evaluation at the Bogota headquarters of a higher education institution with more than 300 years of history in the national spectrum, specifically in the administrative area, formed by 42 employees with nine departments (each assigned to a boss or coordinator).
