Abstract
The recent appearance of SARS-CoV-2 disease or also widely mentionedworldwide in recent days, as COVID-19, has generated a wide varietyof questions and challenges in health personnel about its treatment andprognosis, which have not been resolved yet, this problem increases evenmore when it comes to the newborn population, because of the sparseevidence, so we have carried out a comprehensive review of the existingliterature on COVID-19 in newborns, proposing a practical diagnosticand treatment scheme for the care of this population in the newborn care.
