N2 - This exploratory study centers on the design, fabrication, and measurement of an elliptically loaded Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) H-plane sectoral horn antenna tailored for the K radiofrequency band. The results from the simulation align well with those obtained from the measurements. Multiband operation is demonstrated with a stable peak gain observed from 20 GHz to 24 GHz.
