Abstract
This article explores, from the critical legalhistory perspective, the work deployed by the National Pacification and Rehabilitation Program of the first government of the Frente Nacional in Colombia, a transition to peace that can help us understand many of the elements of the peace and violence of the twentieth-century Colombian,and to question as well the present of Latin American transitions.
