Abstract
It seeks to explain the notion of the common good, from the development of social ethics as an instrument for the moral theologian, who tries to establish the relationship between faith and public life. In the public discussion of moral theology, are revealed deep relation-ships between ecclesial documents, the Gospel and the human sciences. These dialogues can be placed at the service of the current world, in an ethical perspective, respect and construction of common solutions.
