Abstract
The inhabitants of the city are immersed in their acoustic environment, thus is essential to study the relationships that emerge between the subject who listens and urban soundscape, while the sound experience its their mediation. This research-creation questions about how to propose creative alternatives to enable think from the sound the city, and assumes that the design of urban sound experiences working as a strategy to promote their attentive listening. This way can be exceeded the traditional approach to the problem reduces the urban soundscape simply to the noise category, which only produces noise pollution to appreciate and re-discover the sound objects of potential interest that are hidden, masked and ignored, and build an aesthetic and an urban sound culture.
