Abstract
Based on an historical reconstruction of concepts as culture and organization configuration, the article approaches to a critical reading of organizational culture oriented by questions about the way it have been developed the idea of culture from the business organization perspective. From this point the article shows some directions about what organizational intervention means and also about the meaning of an organizational "cultural reading" in order to question change and critics in the capitalist and globalization context.
