Abstract
At present there is a significant percentage of patients that present with terminal heart failure, triggering a deterioration in their quality of life, most of these patients are adults of advanced age and more comorbidities. For this reason it is necessary for nurses and his team know the criteria and design terminalidad palliative care programs aimed at the identification, symptom control and psychosocial support, so as to help ease the suffering and support of the best possible quality of life for patients and their families through accompaniment based on empathy, listening and dialogue.
