In this article, the authors omitted the ethical approval number and date that approval was obtained from the ethical statement in this publication, which is required under the policies of the journal. The authors confirm that ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Clínica el Bosque, for the research under the following reference number: CVAA014056, dated 4th December 2019 and that the Centro Policlinico del Olaya - accepted the institutions approval and gave them permission to work at their clinic. The original ethical approval statements from section 2.9 and the declerations are below: 2.9. Ethical statements This study was reviewed and approved by the ethics committee of Clínica el Bosque. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants involved in the study. Ethics approval This study was approved by the ethics committee of our hospital.
