Abstract
In Manizales city in recent decades, the housing development has taken special role, a result of the incentives created by different national governments, as the construction of new infrastructure and updating the existing ones, by the need created before the population growth in some capitals of the country, which has generated notable transformations in urban environments, causing new challenges and turn conflict situations, by the resulting pressure on developable surfaces are demanded.
