Abstract
Vocational spiritual accompaniment is a pressing necessity in the life path of every baptized person. This must serve as an instrument for discerning the circumstances of life for all tho-se who yearn in the depths of their hearts to do the will of God. To achieve this end, young people must be educated and accompanied in the practice of their spiritual exercises, in such a way that they can recognize the way God happens in their own life and in the life of the ecclesial community in the postmodern context.
