Several diseases have been linked to αB-crystallin (CRYAB) mutation. However, this mutation is an uncommon cause that hasbeen associated in recent years with the development of dilated cardiomyopathy. We report a case of dilated cardiomyopathy withrestrictive physiology due to a CRYAB mutation.
