Abstract

The purpose of this study was to characterize the knowledge, attitudes, susceptibility and self-efficacy about HIV/AIDS reported by a group of educators in Cali, Colombia. Educators and teachers are agents of change, and facilitators of teenagers’ socializa-tion processes. Some research reports some gaps and weaknesses in the training and professional development of educators in these specific fields. This research confirms those researches’ findings.
