Abstract

Collaborative work is defined as "the general and neutral nomination multiple people working together to produce a product or service" [2]. To make this work there are various tools, such as CSCW (acronym of Computer-Supported Cooperative Work), which enhance the sharing of information and collaboration among participants. However, in the execution of this work, different problems arise that compromise the final goal, making it essential to choose the people who have the skills, knowledge and behaviors needed to collaborate and to jointly achieve the goal together. This paper presents MATEO (acronym of Making Oriented Teams Adapted to collaboration), a generic system that adapts the formation of teamworks according to the team requirements, the work context and the characteristics of the participants.
