The relationship between destination attributes based on tripadvisor reviews and tourist satisfaction: the moderating role of engagement

Project: Research

Project Details

Description

This study will examine the empirical evidence on the relationship between tourism destination attributes and tourist satisfaction, as well as the role of the moderator of tourism engagement. The research will be carried out based on an analysis of TripAdvisor comments on "The walled city of Cartagena" as one of the most popular tourist destinations in Colombia. The hypotheses will be tested using a linear regression model and the results for different travelers will be compared. The findings are expected to reveal whether tourist participation has a moderating effect on the relationship between destination attributes and tourist satisfaction. This will theoretically contribute to the field of tourism marketing.
