Description

The aim of this project is to study compactness criteria for subsets of Iwaniec-Sbordone spaces and grand Sobolev spaces. Namely, we will study a Kolmogorov-Riesz compactness theorem for Iwaniec-Sbordone spaces and the corresponding version of a result of Sudakov. In addition, the validity of a Rellich-Kondrachov type compact embedding will be studied in the context of grand Sobolev spaces.
