Description

The purpose of the PhD project is therefore to gain a better understanding of the tensions that arise among residents and clinical supervisors¿ preferences in terms of supervision, as well as how these tensions can be addressed in clinical practice. Specifically the final studies will focus on how to provide continuous CS through out the residency training process while increasing residents¿ autonomy, using the self-directed teaching methods of the CA model.
