Description
Racial and ethnic minorities as well as low-income and rural populations continue to experience inequalities in access to, and quality of, mental health services. Medical education has a key role to play in mitigating unconscious bias; training a new generation of scientists to conduct research on mental health disparities; and promoting clinical practices that are relevant and acceptable to diverse populations.
