The Garittea project has as its starting point the need to document and analyze the set of challenges and tensions that result from production processes / creation in a collaborative research environment around the organization and management of a trade initiative fair, which has been the result of joint work between the Office of University Social Responsibility, a group of teachers and students from the faculties of Humanities and Social Engineering Sciences and Economics and administrative Sciences, next to peasant organizations, the asociacion de Caficultores Organicos de Colombia (aCOC) and the asociacion de Pequeños Caficultores de La Marina (aSOPECaM) and the Instituto Mayor Campesino (IMCa). Thus, the project presented here is the systematization of a collective experience of social commerce, which originates in a timely manner, in the desire to find an alternative solution to the problem of unfair payment to small producers in the country, and perpetuation of their economic impoverishment and that of their families. The project also converses with the concepts of a community aesthetics, forger of collective values that empower the community
