Description
The present research aims to identify the relation between psychosocial work related risk factors and stress levels in level III health care institutions in Cali, Colombia. The study will be descriptive, correlational, has a transversal design, and the instruments created by the Ministerio de la Proteccion Social (2010) will be applied to a representative sample of the total of institutions that provide level III health care services and whose workers have a position directly related to health. Compliance with resolution 2646 of 2008 (Ministerio de la Proteccion Social, 2008), this study will allow identify priority psychosocial risk factors to intervene in each institution involved, the stress levels and the risk and protective factors that characterize work systems in level III health care institutions.
