Organizations and society in general, now admit that some resources and activities that have no physical substance are the largest contributors in the creation of value, and that the best performing organizations are those that have given importance to knowledge and both have developed or acquired intangible assets that have served to support their production processes, ad although companies are aware that there is a lot of intangibles that are creators of value, do not know how they can identify, measure, much less manage, as the vast majority of companies have historically focused on managing tangible for substantial majority of managers and entrepreneurs, terms such as intellectual capital is still unknown. The management of intangible resources has become a basic necessity. The aim of this study is to measure the degree of development in the f Colombia, through the use of indicators, an index that identifies the level at which innovation is the provision technology, the formalization of processes, human talent, partnerships and other intangible res activities.
