Description
Organizational legitimacy is one of the fundamental concepts of institutional theory. according to this theory, the legitimacy of organizations is a condition sine qua non for survival. although the legitimacy is considered as a founding concept within the institutional theory, its measurement is still one of the biggest problems that researchers face. In fact, very few researchers have managed to measure the legitimacy from the empirical evidence. The main objective of this research project is to measure the public legitimacy of Colombian banks from the public perception.
