Description
Recent years have been the scene of fraud and corruption, directly or indirectly related to the operation of the financial markets. Cases like Enron, Madoff, Kerviel, among others, have contributed to the creation of financial crises related to private and government sectors. among several factors that have generated these situations are included: the failure of regulation and control mechanisms and the creation of financial derivatives unregulated. additionally, the regulation and control failures that have been identified are not only from technical reasons they also can be explained from an ethical perspective. This research aims to study the relationship between the expected benefit and ethics through an experimental instrument.
