Description
Frequent attender is called to the patients that go frequently to the medical consultation, and this behavior is not a result of an induced demand. anxious and depressive disorders could theoretically due to the distortion of the perception`s need that can increase the use of services and in Colombia these disorders are very common in general population. That’s why; this project aims to determine, based in aday and andersen Model, the association among the anxious-depressive disorder, with the frequent use of primary care services in an institution in Cali through a case-control study. Cases will be those in the top percentile of the number of consult distribution. analysis will conduct by univariate and multiple logistic regressions. Confounders and possible interactions test will be assessed. as a result, we will report the magnitude of the crude and adjusted associations and we will also develop a risk prediction scale to detect cases and to prioritize them for intervention.
