Description
The export commitment is often a key to explain why some firms export more than other business aspect. This article discusses the determinants of export commitment in Colombian SMEs from the point of view of behavioral and attitudinal using a neural network model estimated on a sample of 306 exporting SMEs are analyzed. The results suggest that Colombian SMEs focus on investing their own resources to boost exports and employer behavior risk taking decisive for export activity as a business strategy that generates higher returns.
