Study of the characteristics of the relationship of work stress and stress of organizations in a sample of healthcare organizations in Cali Work stress has gained prominence in the organizational world by the negative consequences on both of individuals, ranging from depression to professional burnout, and organizations, which involve increasing in costs. although some authors have suggested the relationship between work stress and organization stress this relationship has been little explored. The aim of this study is to establish the characteristics of the relationship between these two phenomena through an instrument applied to employees of healthcare organizations in the city of Cali, Colombia. This research is analytic and cross-sectional. It is expected that the results show the significant variables to characterize the relationship between job stress and organizational stress.
