The venture begins with a nascent entrepreneur. This is an individual who is actively working to start a new business that he will own and manage. But not everyone is successful in this initiative. It is a frequent phenomenon, in the first stages of the beginning of an entrepreneurial initiative, to find that the entrepreneur leaves it. This situation requires greater understanding and study to understand how to better support the entrepreneur. The present proposal proposes to understand how the level of fear of the failure of the individuals in Colombia influences the predisposition to have an intention to undertake, influenced by its human capital.
