The limited research related to the subject, difficult to design public policy to the extent that it is based on the results of specific studies, which serve to establish lines of action, goals and development plans in general, guidelines for programs focused on addressing the Colombian entrepreneurial development. Comparing the differences on the development of the entrepreneurial identities between social and commercial entrepreneurs will give new key elements to implement on new policies and educational programs for entrepreneurship development.
