Description
The limited knowledge of citizens of the structure, functions, financing and services of health care and profesional risk management organizations results, due to their ineffectiveness, in an insignificant participation on the part of the community in the supervision and control of these institutions. The solution to this problem requires some alternatives which it is proposed to investigate, in order to put forward the best of these in this research project.
