Concepciones de salud mental en la red de servicios de secretaria de salud municipal.

This research pretends to study the context of mental health service in Santiago de Cali and yhe application of the city mental health plan in the period 2008-2011. However there have been some advances in the excution of projects and programs, statistics and analysis of the plan revels that there is a breach between theory and practice in the development of mental health policy. The interest is to approximate to the knowledge on the concept of mental health of employees in charge of the implementatios of these services. The methodology will include the analysis of the plan document and semi structured interview to the civil employees in charge of implementation of the service.
