Study Design: Multicenter, observational, with collection of data and biological specimens prospectively in individuals with microtia. Main Objective: To characterize the phenotype and genotype of individuals with isolated microtia from Bolivia, Colombia and Ecuador Secondary Objectives: To characterize ancestry in individuals with isolated microtia from Bolivia, Colombia and Ecuador Sample Size: 145 children and 290 parents with microtia Project duration: 5 years
