Evaluar la capacidad de respuesta del sistema de salud y la inclusión de migrantes venezolanos, solicitantes de asilo y refugiados, a partir de las políticas de salud y salud pública formuladas e implementadas en Colombia, como respuesta a las necesidades de esta población durante la emergencia sanitaria de COVID-19.
