Holds a PhD in Administration from Universidad del Valle (2018), an MPhil in Innovation, Strategy and Organizations from the University of Cambridge (2011), a Master's in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Valle (2009), and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (2002) from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali.
Dedicated to teaching and research in business strategy, innovation, and technology management, with a strong focus on the intersection between strategy, institutional theory, and innovation management. His research explores how organizations navigate competitive environments, drive innovation, and adapt to institutional frameworks.
