    Director of the Doctoral Program in Legal Sciences at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Doctor of Law from Universidad de los Andes. Specialist in Collective Memories, Human Rights, and Resistance (Latin American Council of Social Sciences, CLACSO). She holds a Master’s degree in Law focusing on research from Universidad Nacional and a Law degree with honors for academic excellence from Universidad Libre. She has worked for the Colombian Constitutional Court and the National Government on peace-related issues; as a consultant for public and private entities; coordinated human rights and public interest law clinics; and taught for over a decade at undergraduate and graduate levels. Currently, she is a constitutional law professor in the Department of Public Law at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where she leads the research line on Constitutionalism, Peace, and Memory within the Public Law Studies Group. Her areas of focus include public law, legal theory, legal history, access to justice, and education.
