Sebastián Cortés Mejía is a professor and the Director of the International Business program at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. His research focuses on strategic leadership, the influence of top managers on organizational and social performance, and the implications of their personal lives on firms. He teaches courses in strategy, entrepreneurial management, and international corporate strategy, fostering comprehensive and applied learning, with a global outlook and strong social awareness.
