Overview

Personal profile

Economist and political scientist with graduate training in economic sciences and currently a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. My research focuses on public health, health economics, and social policy, with an interdisciplinary approach that combines quantitative (Stata, R) and qualitative methods for impact analysis, policy evaluation, and cost-effectiveness studies. I have complementary training in epidemiology, public health, and health research. I have worked on projects related to infectious diseases, the health effects of climate change, and the impact of the Peace Agreement on maternal and child health indicators. I am committed to producing rigorous evidence to inform public policy aimed at improving well-being and reducing inequalities in highly vulnerable contexts such as Colombia.
