William R. Rodriguez-Dueñas is a biomedical engineer from University Corporation for Science and Development, specialist in Bioengineering at the Francisco José de Caldas University in Bogotá, Colombia, with a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and a PhD in Engineering from the University of Zaragoza in Spain. He is currently assistant professor in the Electronics department at the Pontifical Javeriana University in Bogotá. His research has focused on the development of technology to educate altered voice in children with disabilities, assistive technology, and education in engineering. He has participated in different research projects in interdisciplinary groups with applications in health, engineering and industry.
