    Overview

    Personal profile

I am a lawyer from Universidad de San Buenaventura in Cali, with a Master's degree in Business Law from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and currently a Ph.D. candidate in Economic Sciences at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali. My research agenda focuses on the intersection of antitrust law, behavioral economics, and consumer behavior, with a strong emphasis on quantitative legal research and mixed methods.

I investigate how perceptions of fairness, cognitive biases, and social norms shape regulatory compliance, particularly in contexts such as price-fixing agreements, market regulation, and competition structures. I am committed to advancing empirical legal studies through an interdisciplinary lens that integrates law, economics, and consumer psychology.
