    Professor and researcher with over 15 years of professional experience in the fields of cellular biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, and human genetics. Research focused on the identification and assessment of molecular markers in cancer, primarily breast cancer, with the aim of proposing/designing new approaches that can be utilized as diagnostic, prognostic, and predictive tools in the treatment and monitoring of cancer patients. Teaching experience at renowned educational institutions nationally, including Universidad del Rosario, Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia – UPTC, and currently at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Engaged in research development as a specialist in training, co-investigator, or principal investigator in projects conducted by internationally recognized institutions such as the National Cancer Institute (Bogotá), Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá), or Università Degli Studi di Torino - University of Turin (Italy). Results from these studies have been presented at various events and published in internationally indexed journals.
