Personal profile
I am an economist from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, holding a Master’s degree in Gender Studies and a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Development Studies from Universidad de los Andes, Colombia. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Economics at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Colombia.
I have experience in data analysis, public policy evaluation, and consulting on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), working with organizations across Latin America. My work focuses on the intersection of gender inequalities, development, and access to rights, with particular interests in health economics, food security and sovereignty, and rural development.
I have contributed to the design of diagnostics, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and evidence-based recommendations for decision-making. I am proficient in tools such as R, Stata, Python, and Excel, and I also have experience in teaching and academic mentoring.
