Personal profile
Pharmacist from the Universidade de Passo Fundo-Brazil. Master and Doctor in Pharmacy from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina-Brazil, in the research line of Natural products with potential biological activity. With postdoctoral studies at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, working in the area of chemistry of natural products. He is currently an Associate Professor of the Department of Chemistry at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He is a member of the Javeriana University Phytochemistry Research Group (GIFUJ), in which he has carried out several proyects in the area of phytochemistry, with special emphasis on chromatographic techniques applied to extracts of plant origin.
