    Overview

    Personal profile

My research interests relate to three main themes: i) Pedagogy, subjectivation, and digital culture; ii) Digital media, school, and cultural knowledge; iii) Literacy practices in digitalized culture.

I have worked on and supported research projects in which the integration of digital technologies, as pedagogical mediations, is relevant for questioning both the production of subjectivity (in children and young people) and the decisions made by teachers in relation to the knowledge they teach, which in turn interacts with the implications for their role in times of deep neoliberalism. I have also explored the writing practices of children and young people in digital media with the aim of discovering other ways of forming bonds and creating conditions for a pedagogy of writing.
